Who We Are

At The Tasty Flavor, we believe every cocktail deserves a signature finish. Born from a love of flavor and craft mixology, our mission is to transform the ordinary drink into an elevated experience.

I’m a proud Paraguayan chef who lived in New York City for 20 years, where I began my culinary journey and trained at the French Culinary Institute. After the pandemic, I decided to step away from the fast-paced kitchen life and create something of my own—something rooted in flavor, creativity, and heart.

That’s when I discovered the “Art of Salt making” through Art of Drink Inc. alongside my husband Gus, and The Tasty Flavor was born.

What began as a spark of curiosity quickly turned into a true passion. I realized how overlooked and underused salts were, especially in the cocktail world, where the options for rimmed drinks were often repetitive. We set out to change that, crafting bold and unexpected flavor combinations that bring something new to the glass—and the plate.

We encourage you to use our salts to rim your favorite cocktails, mix them directly into drinks to create a unique flavor profile, or experiment with them in any recipe of your choice, also on food.. They’re made to inspire and elevate whatever you’re creating.

Now based in Austin, Texas, we continue to explore new flavor ideas and pour our hearts into every blend.
